WANT(S) OF THE WEEK | RIVER ISLAND AND NEXT

I've seen Lily Pebbles, from What I Heart Today, wearing this jacket and I fell in love with it instantly. It's £35 from River Island and is ideal for this inbetween weather we're having at the moment. Styled with black skinnies, boots and a plain top underneath or thrown on over dresses, this jacket is bound to look effortless with whatever you wear.

THE AUTUMN TAG

I've seen this tag on lots of blogs, most recently on Blue Bow. I love all things Autumn so I thought I'd give this tag a go! The only thing I dislike about Autumn is that I'm always ill when it comes around. This year is no exception (I'm currently in my Hello Kitty onesie as I write this).

LIFE POST #4 | SOUTHAMPTON WEEKEND

This weekend I had 4 days straight off work so I went to visit my boyfriend in Southampton. I'm feeling really ill at the moment so hopefully this will be a good post for y'all to read :)

After arriving in Southampton I sat in on some of Sam's seminars for his editorial team. He runs his student magazine so has been busy training them for the year ahead.

I always use the same nail polish - coral, purple and black. For my weekend in Southampton I wanted something completely different. So white it is! I accidentally bought a corrector nail polish thinking it was white. I'm a little silly haha.

WANT OF THE WEEK | KIMONO BLOOM V NECK CAMI

Topshop (yet again, I know I'm obsessed) have some great tops in at the moment. I bought a black one when I went to Devon and it's really comfortable and shows the right amount of cleavage. They do camis in a range of different colours but I love this one. It's £26 - a tad more expensive than the other ones but the print is Autumn inspired and very pretty.

HAUL | WEEKEND TREATS

Next weekend I'm visiting the boyfriend in Southampton, and catching up with my old housemates and closest friends, I'm so so so excited to see everyone again! I thought I'd buy a few new bits before I go, why not eh?! Today started off as just getting my haircut but turned into a bit of a shopping spree with my mum - my favourite person to go shopping with.

FOTD | WORK MAKE UP

So I'm not the best person at make up. I use really old stuff and I'm missing concealer but I still thought I'd do a FOTD to show you what I wear. To be honest, I don't wear much unless I'm going out, I like a more natural look.

WINTER IS COMING

So you all may have noticed the change in the weather. It's pretty much time for jumpers, scarfs, coats and boots. I usually hate Winter weather but this year I cannot wait for it to arrive! I love cosy evenings in with my onesie on, drinking hot chocolate and watching a Christmas film.
In preparation for winter, and the topic for my first winter post, I've bought a winter coat. I always leave it till January to buy one, as that's my birthday and I have money. But by that time all the nice ones have gone. So this year, I've been prepared and by prepared I mean popping into H&M for a look and finding the most gorgeous coat!

LIFE POST #3 | THURLESTONE ADVENTURES

It's been a few weeks since my last blog post because I've been busy at work and seeing my boyfriend before he goes back to university. But now I'm back with lots of ideas for posts, which I can hopefully keep up to date with. Fingers crossed!

A couple of weeks ago, over bank holiday weekend, I went to Thurlestone in Devon with my boyfriend and his family. It took about 7 hours to get there because of the huge amount of traffic coming out of London but we got there in one piece on Saturday, ready for some sunbathing, swimming and dinner.

After a little bit of exploring and getting comfy in our lovely room, it was time for dinner. But I had a bit of a nightmare with my evening wear: my white playsuit was more see through than I initially thought and my black dress had a stain on it. So I put on my mustard coloured skirt but managed to stain that in the process of getting ready. I ended up wearing my back up dress. I didn't take any photos that night, for obvious reasons!
