My birthday was exactly 1 month ago now but I've had this post ready for ages. I completely forgot about telling you what I got, and I never want to come across as boasting. I like to post hauls because I like reading them on other people's blogs - I'm just too nosy!
My mum knows about my resolution to start reading again so she picked these books for me. I've already read West End Girls by Jenny Colgan and I wasn't a massive fan but hopefully I'll like the other two books: Here's Looking At You by Mhairi McFarlane and Me & You by Claudia Carroll.
I got a Topshop voucher, you probably all know how much I love Topshop so I've been making good use of it lately. I also love Ryan Gosling so my dad decided to buy me Only God Forgives. I've heard mixed things but I liked the look of the film when I watched the trailer so I'll give it a watch soon to make my mind up.
I've been loving midi rings lately so I got a gold one from River Island. I need to make sure I don't lose it because they're so easy to lose! My other presents were beauty related: L'Oreal's Skin Perfection BB Cream and Christina Aguilera's By Night perfume. I remember wearing the latter perfume when I was younger (I think it was another scent by CA) and I liked the sweetness of it. Suffice to say, I've been wearing this non-stop. Look out for a future review of the BB cream!

Sam's parents bought me this really cute bag. I love the colour of it (they also got me cupcakes to match), and you can take the strap off to make it a clutch bag. I'd wear it with a plain dress for a pop of colour!

My friends bought me some wine and these nail paints from Barry M. I'd been eyeing up the matte polishes so I was so happy to finally get my hands on one.
